Although this conference was one day shorter than usual, our attendees found that the sessions offered valuable information and the presentations were timely. Customer presenters provided maintenance practices for utilities savings, fleet management, service/contract management, leveraging your investments, rebuilding/repairing strategies, and the pitfalls of dealing with change.

Attendees had a choice of breakout sessions to attend, including roundtable discussion forums and previews of new releases. They also found time to network with fellow users, meet with the DPSI Professional Services staff for one-on-one assistance, discuss barcoding options with a service provider, Integrated Solutions, and enjoy their time together at the Richard Petty Museum, at meals, and during their spirited competition after dinner on Tuesday night.
