DPSI Customers Cover Many Industries

Global Performance

Global Performance provides its clients a full range of engineering, procurement and construction management services primarily in the automotive, manufacturing, chemicals and process markets. The company currently manages more than $1.6 billion in capital projects for its customers, which include BMW, Koch Industries/Invista, Honda Manufacturing, Eastman Chemicals, Mitsubishi, General Motors, Kia and others. DPSI is excited that they have chosen PMC to handle their maintenance management needs at their facility in Greenville, SC.

Arizona Production & Packaging

Providing turn-key or private label options. Arizona Production & Packaging recently selected PMC as the CMMS for their new 70,000 sq. ft. facility in Phoenix. Custom bottle and blend capabilities are available for customers, as well as complete in-house product formulation and flavor sciences supervised by an on-staff MD/PhD physician product formulator. This bottling plant has two high speed rotary fillers, with line speeds based on package type of plastic, glass or aluminum can.

Nova Bus

iMaint was the choice of Nova Bus for their newly-opened assembly facility in Plattsburgh, NY. The 140,000 sq. ft. plant opened in June, 2009 and is equipped to assemble the entire line of LFS vehicles, including the 40 ft. diesel-fueled Nova LFS, the hybrid electric LFS HEV and the 62 ft. articulated LFS Artic. Nova Bus is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Volvo Bus Corporation, the world’s second largest motorcoach and transit bus manufacturing group. Nova Bus is a leading North American provider of sustainable transit solutions, including environmentally-friendly buses, high-capacity vehicles and integrated intelligent transportation systems.

New Jersey Natural Gas

New Jersey Natural Gas (NJNG) has been providing energy to the community for more than 50 years, and currently serves more than 482,000 customers. NJNG is the principal subsidiary of New Jersey Resources, which was named one the "50 Best Places to Work in New Jersey for 2008" by the New Jersey Business Journal. DPSI is pleased that NJNG selected iMaint® to handle their maintenance management needs.

U.S. Electrofused Minerals

U.S. Electrofused Minerals has picked PMC™ for maintenance management at their facility, which includes office space, warehousing and light processing capabilities. The company is one of the world's leading suppliers of abrasives and alumina-fused refractory products, including aluminum oxides, spinel, mullite, alumina zirconia and silicon carbide. The company also handles abrasive wheels, grinding and polishing materials, abrasive belts, steel wool, glass bead, tumble media, abrasive mesh, abrasive cartridge rolls, emery boards, and tungsten carbide.

The Father's Table

Any day is a good day to get together with family and friends to enjoy desserts from The Father’s Table. The company's products are baked from scratch using the finest ingredients, including real sour cream, cream cheese, sweet vanilla, and fresh Key Lime juice from Key West. A percentage from every dessert sale is donated to The Father’s Table Foundation, which funds charitable programs around the world that provide medical, nutritional, housing and emergency relief assistance to women and children in need. The Father’s Table recently chose PMC™ to handle the maintenance needs at their facility.

The City of Coon Rapids, Minnesota

The City of Coon Rapids, the ninth largest city in Minnesota, recently decided on iMaint® and iMaint® Fleet as their CMMS solution. Coon Rapids is one of the largest suburbs of Minneapolis, with a population of more than 62,000.

Louis Dreyfus companies are active in the international merchandising and trading of crude oil and petroleum products, natural gas, petrochemicals and plastic resins. The company is engaged in buying, selling, marketing and trading energy products, including electricity, natural gas and other fossil fuels in the deregulating European markets. Through Louis Dreyfus Olefins, the company owns two cryogenic liquids extraction plants, an olefins fractionation plant and an 85-mile pipeline all located in southeast Louisiana. Louis Dreyfus Olefins has recently selected iMaint as their maintenance management software.

Founded in 1966 in Oklahoma, OTL-UPT now has operations in Oklahoma, Kansas, Texas, Arizona, New Mexico and Louisiana.

Delta Star, Inc.

Delta Star East in Lynchburg, Virginia has selected iMaint® to handle their maintenance management needs. Delta Star manufactures medium-power transformers, and is the only manufacturer of mobile transformers and mobile substations in the United States. The company creates quality medium-power transformers, mobile transformers and mobile substations that provide long-term service. Their mobile transformers have many purposes, including serving as temporary substations during emergencies or as a safeguard against power outages resulting from malfunctioning transformers.

Consolidated Metco

ConMet is a manufacturer of lightweight aluminum components for the heavy-duty transportation industry. For more than 40 years, the company has worked closely with customers to develop advanced parts, components, systems and custom-engineered solutions for a wide variety of industry applications. ConMet's Portland, Oregon facility manufactures hub assemblies, brake drums, aluminum castings and structural plastics.
