Updated Maintenance Requester Email/Pager Module

An updated version of the Work Requester Email/Pager PMC add-on, formerly known as the Email/Pager module, has been released. This module allows non-PMC users to submit maintenance requests and check the status of requests from any location. The add-on also gives PMC the ability to send email, pager and text message alerts. The update fixes a problem that was caused by a Microsoft security patch. In addition, the module is now compatible with Microsoft Outlook 2000, XP, 2003 and 2007.

Customers who have purchased this module and have a current Support Agreement can obtain the update at no cost.
